Hilltop Hoedown

We invite you to join us in support of Father Allouez Catholic School!  

Thank you for your continued support of Father Allouez Catholic School. We are excited to invite you to the Hilltop Hoedown-the Ultimate Fundraising Throwdown on November 12! 

The festivities include a live auction, silent auction, cash raffle and games. Dinner and drinks are included with ticket purchases. Please bring cash for the cash raffle and to tip the celebrity bartenders. 

Proceeds from the event go toward helping our schools make continued investments in our children's education.

Location:
Resurection Campus Gym
333 Hilltop Drive
Green Bay, WI

4:00 p.m.: Mass at Resurrection Parish

4:30 p.m.: Mass at St. Matthews Parish

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.:  Check-in, Dinner and Bar Open
Check-in. Check-in at the Resurrection campus gym and provide the volunteer with your name. Please make sure your mobile number is on file in order to receive the welcome text message with a personal link to the online bidding page.

At the registration table, if you haven't registered a credit card, you will be asked to register a credit card for the evening. 

5:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Dinner, beer, wine, live auction, silent auction, cash raffle and more.

Please bring cash for the cash raffle and to tip the celebrity bartenders. 

If you are the winning bidder of a package, you will need to stop at the check-out table and a volunteer will collect your purchases.

Attire | Check-out

Attire - Guests typically wear attire that goes with the theme. So dress in your best hoedown or western apparel. Please note a coat rack is available near the registration table.
